Cleaning chemicals eat steel

Peracetic acid, caustic, chlorinated foam — every wash-down cycle attacks an untreated frame. Visible pitting in 6–8 months. Structural failure follows.

Visible rust on a lift in your production zone is an instant non-conformance. IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000 — auditors don't negotiate on iron oxide.

What makes it rust-free

We took our standard MA50 / MA60 personal lift and rebuilt every surface that touches water, foam, or chemical mist — in 304 stainless steel. Move it by hand or under power. Here's exactly what's different.

Stainless steel chassis

Full 304-grade stainless cover replaces the standard painted plate. Pressure washing doesn't strip it. Acid foam doesn't pit it.

Stainless steel basket & rails

304-grade stainless rails, platform deck, and step plate. Acids, bases, chlorides — nothing in your cleaning protocol attacks it.

Stainless steel column

The full lifting column is stainless steel — not painted, not coated. No chipping, no rust under the finish. Wipes down with anything.

Stainless tool tray

Tool surface at working height — 304 stainless again. Holds spanners, hoses, valves with zero risk of cross-contamination.

Sealed joystick on stainless mount

IP-rated joystick on a stainless holder. The joystick stays dry. The mount can't corrode where it bolts to the rail.

Push or drive — your choice

Manual push mode for short repositioning. Motor-drive with the joystick for longer runs. Switch between them instantly — one operator, two ways to move.
